Call for Proposals

The Call for Proposals is now open, and we welcome your submissions to help shape this year’s forum. Share your ideas, research, or practices with the broader I-AIR community.

Save the date to join us November 18-19 at the Northern Illinois University Conference Center in Naperville for inspiring keynotes, presentations by your peers, and networking opportunities to share your ideas with colleagues.

Forum Registration

The Forum fee is $250 (Early Bird until 10/4/25), $290 (Regular after 10/4/25) and $60 (Student). This includes lunch, happy hour and dinner on Tuesday, November 18th, breakfast on Wednesday, November 19th. Vegetarian options will be available.

Membership

Membership for the 2025-26 year is included in your registration, valid November 1, 2025 - October 31, 2026. Information on how to gain access to the members only pages on our website will be provided prior to the forum.

If you cannot attend the forum but would like to be a member, you may purchase your membership separately by clicking here.
